Symbolism in action: our recent publication on the bone plaques from Boncuklu Tarla

Our research suggests that bone plaques and pendants symbolised different identities at the dawn of sedentism at Boncuklu Tarla in southeast Turkey, and in Northern Mesopotamia in a wider perspective.
